The hotel was perfect for what we needed, with very nice and comfortable rooms, although they could use a little sprucing up. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, but at times, it took a while to get a drink when the Reception staff were busy. The location was as expected for my event at the Telford Conference Centre, with convenient amenities nearby. The dining experience, while a bit basic, was adequate, but lacking hot breakfast options. The facilities met our needs but could be improved. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, although my double room was smaller compared to my colleague's twin room, which was more spacious and had twin double beds. The staff engaged well with me, and the service was top-notch. The location was great, just a few minutes walk from Telford center, perfect for my visit to PCP at Halesfield 1. The dining experience was okay, but the continental breakfast was a bit lacking. Overall, a comfortable and friendly place with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel is well-located, perfect for holidaymakers and tourists, walking distance to the town center, International Centre, and Telford Leisure Park. The rooms are spacious with good soundproofing, but slightly dated with limited plug sockets. The service was excellent and very friendly, despite some air conditioning issues. The dining options were sufficient but repetitive. The hotel has a greenhouse effect during breakfast due to the lounge windows. The location is great for exploring Telford and the surrounding area.
